Privacy

AI1GEO is a small free tool. It has no accounts and asks for no name or email. This page lists what it does collect. Last updated 3 October 2026.

When you check a website

  • We store the website address you submit and the report we build from its public pages (the homepage and up to three more pages, robots.txt and the sitemap).
  • The pages are fetched by our own copy of the open-source Firecrawl page reader, running on our own server. If it is unavailable, our web server fetches one page directly. The address is not sent to a third-party crawling service.
  • Reports are saved as files on our server, not in a shared database. A report opens only through its private link; anyone you give that link to can open it.
  • Access to a report ends 30 days after it is created: the link stops working. Expired report files are then moved to an archive and deleted by the operator during periodic cleanup, so they can stay on the server for some time after access ends.
  • Server backups may include report files and rate-limit data. Backups are kept on our own infrastructure and are not shared.

IP address and server logs

Your IP address is used to limit how many checks can start per minute. It sits in a rate-limit counter that expires after one minute and is removed from the live counter the next time anyone starts a check (a server backup taken in that minute can still contain it). Like most websites, our web server also writes standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser type) to keep the site running and to stop abuse.

Cookies

When you open a report through its private link, we set up to two cookies for that report (a view key, and an edit key if you were given an edit link), so the key does not stay in the address bar. They are valid on ai1geo.com and its subdomains and last up to 7 days. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Analytics

We run our own copy of Umami at analytics.ai1geo.com. It counts page views and a few button clicks, such as starting a check or downloading a file. Umami does not set cookies, and the data stays on our own server.

The Belgrade dental website observatory

The observatory reads public homepages of dental websites listed in OpenStreetMap and publishes technical observations about them. It does not collect personal data about visitors to those websites. If you run one of these websites and see an error, please contact us.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, show ads, or share reports with third parties.

Questions and deletion

To have a report and its archived copy deleted, or for any privacy question, email serg@ai1geo.com and include the report link. See also the terms of use.
